Oh, Europe… Just the very name makes me giddy with excitement! There’s so much culture to witness, food to relish in, and bucket list items to cross off. Everyone comes to Europe for different reasons, whether it be study abroad, a Eurotrip, or just a family vacation, but it’s not always a piece of cake.
To my parents who taught me how to appreciate a good adventure,
When I was a little girl, you brought me here and there; place after place. You took me hiking in National Parks, and snorkeling off the coast of Mexico.
Looking to invest in a new action camera? It’s not a quick purchase and requires a good amount of research before deciding on which on to go with. I’ve gotten together with four fellow travel bloggers to hear about what they love (and love a little less) about their action cameras that they use during their travels.
I’ve been living in Italy for going on two years now. I still go back to America once a year to get my teeth cleaned and go to my yearly primary doctor’s appointment. I guess you could say that I’ve always been a bit *timid* about trusting my wellbeing to the doctors here in Italy where a socialized medical system is in place.
As American citizens in 2017, it’s become quite hard to travel without being judged for our government’s actions. It’s not easy to come to terms with the fact that people will often judge you for your nationality before your character (picking at an fresh wound here, perhaps?)
When I first moved to Spain I conjured images of chorizo, grilled octopus, sandy beaches, and Flamenco dancing. After eating all those delicious things for several months, I realized I needed to get active! With the mountains and the ocean, Spain is a haven for nature lovers, so I didn’t have to look far.
Budget travel isn’t always luxurious when staying in hostels, but it can be. Many hostels in Europe have upped there game and have modernized to attract even those with a lower budget. More business for them, and less spending for you!
I hear you’re going on a journey; on an adventure! I’m SO happy for you. You’re going to be forming the person you’ve always been and have always you’ll be finding pieces of yourself that you didn’t know existed.
